Or possibly that it can play roms, but not create them. Although I've never heard that emulators are the things you use to create roms. If that's not it, though, I have no idea what that means.

Hey, uh, dude with the cool name? Sboihah? We try to avoid 1337-speak and similar malappropriations of the English language as much as possible on this forum. It makes it a lot easier to communicate.
