Vegas hotels have some of the best arcade games in the world. Classic, modern, you name it. The arcade in MGM Grand is mindblowing. So go to vegas and spend money without the slightest possability of getting it back!

I remember operation wolf, that game was so much fun. I still have it for my NES. I have elevator action too, also a very fun game. My brother and I have quite a collection of NES and SNES games, and most of them are more fun than the games today.

Elevator Action is one of my top favorites. And Tapper. I don't think I've ever picked the wrong can during the shake-up/mix-up round. It's a gift  ;D
There's a toy store here in Fanueil Hall that until recently had a Dragon's Lair/Space Ace game. I used to go down during my lunch and play. One of the employees (a late-teens girl) stopped to watch me and said "Wow, you actually know how to play this or are you just lucky?"  I laughed and told her I used to play it before she was born. It's amazing the things you can remember from 20+ years ago.

34 years young
And I consider myself very lucky to have grown up during the video game evolution years. The kids today will never know anything like that.
They'll never:
* go to a real arcade to see new/exciting games (99% of "arcades" are shooting/driving/dancing now, not much new)
* know the joy of getting an arcade port on a home console (unless they're really into DDR)
* IMO, in 20+ years be reminiscing about any console/arcade game like we're doing

I never knew the joy of Qbert either. Unless you mean the cartoon.

I'm willing to bet that Qbert was invented by Harvard psychologists to test something, and it accidentally found its way into arcades.

Or maybe it wasn't accidental...
