That particular animation is pretty much archaic. The author has around 9 of those. Xiao Xiao has his own page at sfdt.com (stick figure death theater) where he gets a banner on the front page.

He is, in fact a genius, though not all of them are as good as #3, which Spriggan linked to. But you can really see him developing his skills

the aninmation my be about 4 or so years old but it's still one of the most fluid flash animations i've ever seen.  You can get to all the others from the link i posted to.  I sugest #4 it's a cool gun game (use the space bar to relode).
