According to Reuters-AP

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen speaks to the media after he announced plans to build a $20 million science fiction museum adjacent to his Experience Music Project, in Seattle, Washington, April 17, 2003. Allen tentatively named the upcoming project 'The Science Fiction Experience.' It is scheduled to open in summer 2004. (Anthony Bolante/Reuters)
