Well, first you put in a thing which we like to call the mouth.  You chew the sugary object or let the sugar salvicate (Is that a word?  Well, if it is sounds like a word, so I consider is a cinnamon ;D).

Next you swallow, you know, push the reamins down your esaphogus to your stomach.  WARNING; DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS TO PUSH THE SUBSTANCE INTO YOUR STOMACH.

Your body SHOULD take it from there, unless you did an extreme amount of damage from sniffing the sugar...
