Question about forum messaging...

So, I sent another member a message using the TWG messaging system.  But then when I started looking around, I realized that there wasn't anywhere that actually tells you when you have a message.  The only way I can check my inbox is to click on a member as if I wanted to e-mail them, and then click on inbox.

So, does anybody actually use the messaging system?  Is there a chance the person I sent it to will never in fact notice that I sent them anything?\

The main page tells you how many messages you have.

If it's different than the last time you looked, you have new messages.

Not the best method, I know. This is one reason I don't use it.
