Me new phone
« on: October 18, 2004, 03:43:02 AM »
So some of you might have heard me and EUOL got new phones, Blackberry 7100t, they can browse the new, send/recieve e-mails, have AIM and ICQ, 32 megs flash memory, bluetooth and a host of other stuff.  Pretty dang cool these phones, though there's no camera, or toothpick and tweesers.  With these phones I could say, approve articles, and browse the forums while watersking.  Sadly I can't post in the forums since the post button dosen't actiave the form, but uses Javescripts onPress(), or I'd be typeing this with it.
Screw it, I'm buying crayons and paper. I can imagineer my own adventures! Wheeee!

So does this come from the same place your laptops did once upon a time?

As exciting as that sounds, doesn't that defeat the point of waterskiing?  I thought one waterskiied purely so that one would not be doing things like approving articles.  Then again, I don't waterski, so I wouldn't know.   ;D

More to the question, how the frell does he intend to waterski in a desert?
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

I suppose there's always the Salt Lake, but personally I wouldn't want to touch that water.

Or there would be Utah Lake. I've actually waterskied and jetskied on that before. Not bad, but I don't think I'd want to repeat the experience. From what I can remember (it's been at least 5 years), the water was warm in pockets because of hot springs, and really cold in others, and it's murky and gross, and quite shallow in some places.

Sprig, I've had trouble with the forums on the phone.  I can browse just fine, but it won't let me post.  Any ideas why?

The Salt Lake actually was a  huge recreational draw in times past. It was like Utah's little beach, but you always left feeling crusty.
