Now this one is obvious if you break it down.

Com- an abbreviation for come
Plug - to eat  quickly
Ration- an allotment of food

therefore my answer is: Complugration - an invitation to eat a lot of food very quickly

Complugration-- a congratulations given under compulsurary motives. Example: when the office gossip got promoted I sent a complugration card just because she is now my boss. But I did lace the card with anthrax.

Ok, everythings going all well all well, but somethings are degenirating I see, I do.

So now I'll add something I might have done earlier, but my eyes only look ahead, one day behind.

And now for a new rule, for all to like, one that will tear and turn you asunder.

Not one of you, no more than a house, can post your word meanings, no more than a louse.

To come to terms with this I do say, to each of you five, and five you shall stay.

Now all that is over, I'm done scolding you, get back to work, and make my collagen stand still!

(To wrap this up, no more too much! Only 5 (Five) meanings may be posted by one person. I like everyone participating, but some are too much. I'd like to see some new faces too. Noitargulpmoc backwards.

Noitargulpmoc being the Ancient Evil God of Cheese.  So whenever faced with cheese that has unsuspectingly grown mold, the god's name is said backwards ("complugration") as an exclamation to avert furthur misfortune.

complugration is when you don't have a good excuse for something but you keep doing it anyway even though you really meant to do the other thing and you were even reminded and you still didn't get around to doing it so you're really just a punk.
