Help, I need a tiny free website, fast!

Anyone know of good free webhosting or have webspace they want to donate to me for a christmas gift?  Mostly text HTML and some pics, nothing large.

Have you tried creating a geocities or tripod account? They free, but you get advertisements on your site and some other issues.

Many people do, and not without reason. But I figure they are fine for short term web-site projects. Just be sure you give them an email adress where you want spam and junk mail to go.

I hear that powow.com is pretty good, though I wouldn't know from personal experience.

A friend of mine built a ward website using them, because they gave the most space for free.  Well, technically it was a "community" website, because wards aren't supposed to have independant websites.  But still.  I think it worked out very well for her.
