Yay. The hyperlinks alone could feed my brain for a month!

And I find the law interesting - we almost have that here... once the discussion reaches a certain point we tend to have a rapid spiral of insults which typically ends the convo.

Speaking of internet laws, I've been thinking of an idea. Combining news and the internet. But not just your run-of-the-mill news. No, instead of your local, or international news channel, you'd have a news channel (local or like one of the network channels) that would report on the daily going-on's of the internet world.

Think of it. There's millions of websites out there, tons of stuff happening everyday. You could probably get a good 24-hour network out of the stuff. But the thing is, what kind of laws would prohibit you from broadcasting such a thing?

The only thing I can think of is copyright laws and the likes...
