I *still* have some of those. I wasn't into them very long, but I was breifly. I have the entire run of first and second Topps series Empire Strikes Back trading cards though, and a good chunk of the third series (there were 4, if I understand correctly).

Put those puppies on ebay and never work again.

wouldn't work. They're all in poor condition at best. Some of them are absolute crap. But it's cool to have them.

My wife had the same experience with some TMNT cards--she had a ton, but they're in poor condition, and there's really no markte for them--even on ebay. Oh well.

I played with Transformers AND My Little Ponies. Sometimes at the same time.

In third grade I wrote a book for Young Author's that was a strange combination of My Little Pony and V.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

It takes a very secure man to admit he played with My Little Ponies.

My dad has, in the attic, the entire first line of Corgies model cars. Little toys from when he was a kid in the 50's. Apparently the fact they are all in boxes and in mint condition (my dad was a strange child I think - i systemactically destroyed toys I had when younger) means they are worth a minor fortune.

\o/
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

Topps are actualy reprinting the Garbage Pale kids, my friend Steve has the complete sets of the first 2 series.  Now did any of you ever see the GPK movie?

Those ESB cards, even in mint condition, would maybe fetch $100 for all 3 sets if you're lucky.

Yeah I've seen those.  Not something I'd get personally, but cool.

Sweet!!!!  They're reprinting the Garbage Pail Kids?!!  That will be on my shopping list.  Unfortunately, I never saw the GPK movie, and from what I've heard, I haven't missed much.  The cards were fantastic!  Rican, don't you still have your GPK cards?
