I have a JOB!!

Just got a call from Wizards. They offered me the job. And they offered me about $6000 more than I'd expected to get from a job in New York. And a signing bonus to cover relocation. You guys--this is AMAZING. I'm moving to Seattle in May.

And it helps that the team is excited to have me come work with them. They said they're really impressed with my background. And the company has some really GREAT benefits. I should be getting an official offer soon here.

It feels SO good to know what I'm doing in a couple weeks. Now all I have to do is find someone to take my apartment!

Wow, that is so amazing. Like I said before, Seattle is a beautiful area. You have Puget Sound and trees and green and mild winters and there's skiiing if you don't mind the wet snow. It's great. I'm happy for you. Congrats.

Funny. I guess I just missed you then (well, I'm not sure of the timeline). Anyway, I lived up in Woodinville (N. of Seattle) till I was 13 and then moved down to the Lacey area (I was in the Olympia Stake until it split and became the Lacey Stake). Anyway, so funny. I lived there from 1994 to 99.

Well, just so you know, they're still only dealing with shared world stuff in Mirrorstone right now. But the editorial department is very small and looking for new directions, so once I get there and get settled, I'll have a much better idea of what directions I can really move in.
