Strange goings on at school

There's a military helicopter flying very low to the ground out here (maybe 200 ft or so) so much so it's setting off car alarms in the parking lots.  Not sure what type it is, cobra maybe, it's the really thin one or why it's here.

Could be UVSC is pretty strict on the parking here, more so then BYU.  It was armed with rockets too, so I feel for any student who they decide has violated any laws.

Does your school have an ROTC?  At both USU and Weber State the recruiters give rides to those who look like they want to sign up.  I think what they do is take them up a couple hundred feet, then threaten to push them out if they don't sign the paper.
