Doesn't bother me at all

It's an old song from the 60s (?). My dad is a fan of fun songs like that (and Weird Al, and Alan Sherman and Ray Stewart) so I grew up listening to it.

1. Countin' Flowers on the Wall, if I remember correctly, is a Statler Brothers song from the 1970s. So, country. I grew up listening to Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, the Oakridge Boys (who are brothers), and the Statler Bros (who aren't brothers at all). It's actually been recently redone, but not nearly so well. No one has ever been able to match the cool deep voice of the bass Statler Bro.

2. Saint, do you mean 1845-49? Because I'm pretty sure FDR was president in 1945.  ;D

Arr, I'll keel-haul you all for gettin' us off topic.

As for the title, well, titles are tough--especially after-the-fact.  It's easier if you have your title at the beginning, since you can write toward it.  THE WAY OF KINGS, for instance, was in my head before I began--so I could make certain that the book made proper referance to it.

Nothing Personal sounds like a very nice title, to me.  But, Covenant's cheesy enough a company they're probably looking for something blandly marketable, like "The Christmas Box."  Either that or something dumb like "<Insert main character's name>'s story."

I can't really give suggestions without seeing the mss, or at least getting a summary.

I think i prefer "Baldface Tie".
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)
