July is an okay month, but August is where it's at, at least this year. Happy b-day all, especially Gemm, probably a few days late. Yeah, I'm out of touch. Will be more so come tomorrow, when I enter the wilds of western Illinois.

An example: a conversation with my hometown library.

Me: Do you have a wireless internet zone?
Librarian: Do you want to subscribe to the internet? We don't do that.
Me: Um, no. Nevermind.

happy birthday, people I don't (I think) know...

We had a company party Saturday night at the Buca di Beppo in San Diego. It sure was loud.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

Thanks EUOL, you make me feel all better inside and special outside. And rainy in the cloud.
