I don't think he'll do something like a cheat sheet, though. It'll probably be a book that goes through all the other books or something -- not just a simple "This is what is" because that's kinda lame.
I don't think so. I keep picturing these realms as parallel universes that interact. Things can be transferred from one to another, but existing in more than one realm at once without magical means doesn't make sense to me.OR! ... What's to say that the three parts of a human aren't ALWAYS existing in the three separate realms? Wouldn't that make sense considering what the three realms are? Merely transference from one to another could be anyhing.

I honestly doubt Brandon will ever come out and explain everything that is in the cosmere.
At a signing, I asked Brandon if there was going to be anything that would tie all of the books in the Cosmere together and he said that with as many books as he has planned (somewhere around 36 or so) a lot of information would be there, but that he did plan on something that would tie it all together. He didn't say whether it would be a book or what, tho.

Ok ... now I'm thoroughly confused again... will any of this ever be explained to those of us who just read the books and aren't in the inner circle? 'cause I can wait for that explanation... but all this is confusing me again!
That's not beta reading. Beta readers are like Miyabi and fRR who read almost the final draft. To be a beta, you have to read at a stage where you can still give feedback that gets acted on.
