Raoden...Topaz? Haha I'm lost. I'm obviously out of the loop, but I'm curious...what books are these characters from? I'm interested in picking up any other books that our EUOL has written besides Elantris and Mistborn!!

So I bought the game a couple of weeks ago. It is a strategy/rpg I've learned from reading, but I have yet to been able to play the game because of the lack of a quality video card on my laptop or my Dell desktop. I was wondering if anyone has played the game as of yet? And I'd like to know just how good it is so that I may hasten the process of getting a new video card! Haha thanks guys.

You guys are really bored if you want to continue to bash me on a post that I was totally screwing around on. Drop it, it's over. If you insist on telling me how 'annoyed' you were or want to try and prove that you are far more superior to my intelligence even...throw me an email. I can't imagine what kind of drama you guys weave into your everyday lives if you can't drop something as stupid as this. Hell if it really ruined your life that bad, then start a totally new thread and then we can insult each other all you want. But yeah, EUOL I was wondering the same question. When can we expect book two to hit our local bookstores?

So this is probably more known to other people...but I however am oblivious of the answer...so I was wondering EUOL when can "those other people that don't have special connections or those who can't sneak in at night and steal a copy from Sprigg" gonna see the next book out? I like everyone else I'm sure, am holding my breath for it to come out so I can read it...

Oh and to let you know I saw here on the site that the best price for the book was $13.59...well I bought mine the week it came out when I stopped by the bookstore so I could pick it up to read for on the way to cedar pointe and I spent $32.00 on mine!! So chyeah...that's dedication. Haha...laterz gang.

Haha you guys are a fun lot. I browsed through the FAQ's section and didn't really find an answer to my question I am about to put down. And well...this might not be the right section to ask such a question but you guys look like you're a fun lot and prob won't harass me too much about postin it here...but what is the EXP thing about...the weapons the skills...and what not? Haha do we actually get to fight? Crazy...never hung out on a message board like this. But...yeah just to keep my post in the right section...

EUOL...man...you really kicked me in the nutz when you killed off Kell! Haha I mean it had to happen, and it foreshadowed it quite a bit throughout the story I guess but still!!! Yeah...the way he went down was pretty pimp though. You did an awesome job on that. Killin the shirt out of...Bellacar? I forget what that inquisitor's name was...(I'm lazy...didn't feel like flippin through the last 30 pages to find out what Kar said his name was)...But then Kell gets a stick rammed through his chest and then a pimp slap from the Lord Ruler...sheesh torn his face off. Anyyywayzz...you will never hear the end of my praise for this book...haha later guyz.

Well I finished both Elantris and Mistborn last week and I must say that I fully enjoyed both. They easily are both on the top of my list for my favorite books read. Anywayz I love a lot of the same things mentioned already throughout this thread.
1) The characters were original and seemed real and believable.

2) The environment and storyline were both awesome and kept the book in my hand.

3) And probably the most obvious and fan favorite of the book was the inventive magic system. Never before has my adrenaline actually pumped while reading an action sequence in all my times of reading.

I, like others I'm sure, would love to see this book be made into a movie. Mr. Sanderson...I give you kudos for this awesome book. I've read the thread a bit before I posted and I was wondering if you could give me your brother's address...that way I can go and steal whatever copies he has of the unpublished books in the series that we all are waiting eagerly to read. I ask for his address because I would feel less guilty sneaking in at night, (mistcloak and all) and robbing him instead of you! Haha...you guys are a trip on here...enjoy!
