Brandon Sanderson / Re: Wheel v. Mist

i think that you should add elantrians and awakeners to the list.  they're  not mistborn or WOT, but it's still sanderson stuff and they're pretty cool as well

Don't forget Rithmatists  ;)

A lot of people may not fully know what those are, so it might not work to have them unless you explain, and you can't really explain they're full coolness unless you let them read about them...

He mentioned in one of his blog entries that (I think these are correct.  I couldn't find the entry) 200-250k is where elantris and mistborn are, 150k(ish) is where his young adult novel is (scribbler) and I don't remember if he said what area Alcatraz is.

I have to say I don't think so.  Both "Hero"s we've read have been able to since the well.  If i remember correctly (I haven't re-read them recently) Vin actually meantions to him the pulses she feels, and he says he doesn't notice them.

I won't discuss that until October. :)

You mean after all the people have cast their curses, so you can say "Uh, right, exactly who I was expecting"?  *peace*

I was thinking about it and remembered something else that we haven't seen yet.  Min told Perrin/Rand that Perrin had to stick near him to save his life twice, or else there would be death.  (I don't remember if it was both or just Rand who would die.)  I don't think those have happened yet.

Brandon Sanderson / Jewlery!

I was checking this site out because I knew they had wheel of time jewlery (actually, I was checking the spelling) and found this great little link that said "Get jewlery for the man who's going to finish the series".  I clicked, and found some great pieces!

Now it's just a matter of getting the money.

Hee hee... that is so beyond something I want to see!!!  Expeically since Moraine will kick butt, and Rand trusts her more than any other.  (And I like her more than any of the others.  She's annoying like them, but we've seen she really does have a soft/nice side.)

then he has to "bind the nine moons to serve him" which means dealing with the Seanchan

I think that's pretty much been done.  And remember, the Sean-chan say that Rand will bow to them.  I think though that Mat's being married to their princess will take care of both sides of that (no matter which way is right.)

But the one I want explained is the bit that Perrin (or was it Mat?) saw in the "swirl of colors" that resolved into Rand not having his left hand.  (Which would also explain what Elane felt as a shock, and the reason he's moving around so much.)

My thoughts is that Logane is going to take over after Tiem is killed and be the Mahail of the BT.  Also, it says "THE DRAGON" will die.  Who is the Dragon?  It isn't Rand... It's Lustherin (or however you spell his name.  I'm listening to the audio books so forgive me for spelling errors.)  That would also fit Min's viewing of Rand and another man merging and one of them dieing.  But that's just my thoughts on the solution...

I know that Nessa offered last year to pick some copies up for people.  I don't know if she'll be doing that this year, but even if she doesn't as long as people pay for their own books and shipping I'd be willing to grab some while at the release.

That book is awesome.  Have you guys read "The Hero and the Crown"?  It's what-her-bucket red head's story.  Though my long standing favorite by her would definatly have to be "Beauty".  I actually went throug this huge effort to get the old cover because I hate all the new ones.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with artistic licences.  I think looking at it again it's the way the sleeves of the shirt coming out of the robe that make it look Jedi-ish.  And the coloring.

I think it's the hood along with the sleeves and the way the shirt sleeves look poking out.

And (everyone can correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think cloaks have "sleeves" per say.  Usually if it does have sleeves it's then a robe.  Cloaks are just capes with a hood on them.  Sometimes they have slits for your arms to go through, but that's about it.
