Books / Top 3 Books

I have some spare time on my hands and have decided that I should re-read some of the more enjoyable books that I have read. So, what are the top three books that you are most likely to re-read this year. I think that it will be interesting to see how many of us choose the same ones or something like that...anyway without further adu (that word is weird) my list of top (in no particular order) three books:

1. Holes. Okay, so I'm re-reading this one right now, give me a break.
2. Ender's Game. Gotta love.
3. The Elimist Cronicles. I'm a sucker for living copious amounts of time.
4. The Lord of the Rings. Its been a while.
5. Elantris. Likely at the end of the year, since I've read it recently.

For those of you who mock my pitiful counting abilities; kick my hose. Yes, you heard right; kick my hose.

you're *my* scribe as I write time.

I arrogantly resent that.

With arrogant resentmant!

But I say, If you are the one writing Time then why for the love of Pete do you need a scribe? Mayhaps I should ask Dr. SE.

I sure hope you weren't trying to use real words. Also, get those sick thoughts out of your head.

Am I to take this to mean that I was, as you say, 'grown up' on my very first 24 hours after signing up on this site, with the start of this thread?

Interesting, perhaps this is why I seem to have dogded any form of a newbie bullet.

EDIT: Hmm. Since the link seems to be retarded >:( and will not work just go to page three of this section an you will see it near the bottom.

Rants and Stuff / Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, Snowmoblies!
« on: January 14, 2006, 07:00:21 PM »
I just got back from a cross country ski trip. If I ever see another snowmoblie on a ski only trail again, I am going to blow my stack! Also, if I ever have to go on that trail again, with those stupid skis someone will feel pain, lots of pain (snowmobliers).

Anyway, other than that it was pretty fun, I've never seen a fire mealt the snow under it to the point of touching the ground before so that was cool. And I was warm while I was sleeping for the first time ever on a winter campout which makes me happy 8).

Then again, I am stiff all over and tired as heck, my lunch was lost and I had to scrounge off of the other scouts for food, and I crashed while moving out of the way of snowmoblies way to much. So the question is, does the good outway the bad?

So I've got this new brand of root beer I tried for the first time yesterday. Virgil's
It has some very strange herbs for a root beer. It tastes something like a cross between Boylan's birch beer and a strong herbal tea. I think I'll be buying it again, though it's no Dominion.

That stuff is so good! I love it.
