I'm going to have to agree with what Ookla said. I also don't think that he acted 'wise' enough, in the books Dumbledore is a mixture of wisdom and crazieness and Richard Harris didn't pull that off well in my oppinion. Micheal Gambon does that perfectly...ish.

Yes, but if I don't know what any of it means then how can I know what I'm writing down? You could create something akin to Mozart and have it come out like the Barney theme song with me scribing.

It's a misnomer, actually. I'm more of a composer than a writer when it comes to time. I ad lib a lot of this stuff, so I need someone to write it all down for me.

You've obviously been fooled by an imposter me because I can't read or write any form of verse, poem, notes,or any of those weird music things with the squigly lines. It was probably Lightening Eater, who is jealous of my masterful awesomeness. Because of this he is willing to work under any horrible conditions (such as the ones presented working with you) so that he may feel even a small piece of what it is to be me.

Garlic powder. Why? One time (I think I was seven or eight) I was disobeying my mom and so she got my brother to hold me still while she washed my mouth out with soap. Natrually I tried to get rid of the flavor and upon running into the kitchen and seeing a bottle of garlic powder on the stove I grabbed it and poured it into my mouth. Then I threw up. Way. To. Strong. Since then I haven't eaten garlic powder.

When you are put in the corner, you stays in the corner. I must have been there for nearly a month before Fell got punished for ordering Tage to do stuff. At least I think it was something like that.

By the way, when you look at a user's profile on thier birthday it has a little cake next to thier age. So having it at the bottom would be kind of redundant, plus the birthday thread; either way I don't think that it really needs to be done even more so since I like it the way it is. Of course around here the single thing that I like it might put the Admins dead set on changing it. :P

So, um, are the reviews done on advance copies or on copies after they're formally available for sale?

I think that the review is for the author to make inprovments or something like that. Or it could be what you said. How should I know?

It just so happens that I ran across something that may be of intrest to those of you that know of and/or are in a writing group, whether or not it is the on one this site. Over on Del Rey's site I found this:

ftp://http://www.randomhouse.com/delrey/groups/.

It looks like a cool idea to try out, if at least once. Of course you do have to be affiliated with a library or bookstore...
