No, actually, I really like being called Fishy.

This is really random, but I was playing on the XBox with a DVD of all the Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, etc. games and I came across Jeopardy!. So me and my husband played and one of the answers was "fishy." Too bad you weren't there :).

I would ask for advice if I knew what to ask, but I don't even know where to start.

Like I want to know is, for large quilts (ie King-sized) what do you use for the underside of the quilt (that is not a quilted design)? Is it just multiple pieces of cloth laid next to each other and then sown together to cover the underside? And what is put in between the top and bottom layer to make it "cushy," soft, and warm? (if that makes any sense) And what material is best for quilts? (Cotton?) And what do you mean by using paper? What kind of paper? And how do you sow it together?

You can see how lost I am. I think I just need to wait till I can take some sort of quilting class. Once I know the basics of it, I might be able to figure it all out.

The commas are being used to make a nonrestrictive clause, so the question is, "Is this phrase restrictive or non-restrictive?" Either you keep both or delete both, but not just one.

I think that this site gives great advice on how to edit your manuscript. I'm not much of a writer (I used to write a little, but I was never really serious about it), but as an editor I can see how I can use this same advice in helping to decide how to critique a manuscript, so I can give more concrete comments on how to improve. Thanks for sharing this info!

Well, I'm completely impressed with both of you. I have a sewing machine, but I hardly know how to use it. I would love to learn how to quilt because I absolutely love quilts, but I wouldn't know where to start, since I hardly know how to sew.

But I *LOVE* those quilts Ms. Fish. They are so great and beatiful and are artwork. I would love to be creative and do something like that, but as I said, I wouldn't know where to start. Thanks for sharing!

And if their eyes looked silvery, that would make sense, but since their eyes are Silvereyes (or were) because they used silver to see better with, how could they stay silvereyes when it's tin that they use to see with. Doesn't have the right sound. And who's going to know that pewter and silver don't go together? Some jewelers? I didn't know. Had no idea.

I agree. I was in Twelfth Night in high school, so I was excited to see a remake, but I hope they stay fairly true to the plot. I have to say, though, her face is like so feminine, and her supposed guy voice is so not guy-like, that I hope it's more believable in the actual version.

Well, I have to say, I don't like TinEyes. It doesn't have the roll that Silvereyes has.

Well, the frogs are getting me no where, so how about some tea kettles. Yes, that's right tea kettles, cause I'm in the mood for some nice tea. Tea leaves, and tea company, and Boston tea party, and tea cups and all the tea goodness of the world.

Yup.  I finally bowed to peer pressure on the silver/pewter thing.

What pressure was that? Was there something wrong with silver?

Well, now I'm getting "Brandee Danielle Bedding" and "Brandee Danielle Store." How'd it get that? It's so weird.
