I thought this looked interesting. My dad's reaction was something along the lines of "What are they thinking? They'll kill all the little (insert W word that I don't remember here - just make something suitable up)s living in that Crater, and then the Moon Wars will have begun!"

I about died, but then I guess looking at this, it really isn't that funny unless you know my dad. He's about the most serious person I know, so for him to say something like this was so completely unexpected, it was hilarious.

Man. They're shooting something at the moon, it will be visible from Earth, and my telescope is 500 miles away.  :'(

well, as of 4:30 PT this morning, the moon has officially had a rocket shoved up where the sun don't shine, quite literally. TAKE THAT, MOON!
