Ok, so I've been going through Neil Gaiman's website and have found a few dates for when he'll be at con's and such over the next few months. Here are a few:
"I'll also be a speaker at the 21st Edinburgh International book Festival (http://www.edbookfest.co.uk/) in the summer. This will, inexplicably, not be in Michigan, but in Edinburgh, Scotland, between the 14th and 30th of August. no, I don't know which of those days I'll be there yet, or what I'll be doing."
Also: Mythcon 35 (http://www.mythsoc.org/mythcon35.html) July 30 - August 2, 2004, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan
If any of your favorite authors are going to be attending readings or cons, do feel free to post them hither forth.

Wow, Neil Gaimon is so powerful that he's been able to change the days of the month.
-
he's more powerful than you can possibly imagine
-
What?
-
welll, that leaves who, why and how, doesn't it?
-
I meant a) I don't get what stacer is referring to. The dates seem fine. And b) Neil Gaiman is not a pokemon. =P
-
I thinjk you'll find he IS a pokemon. The evolved version is Pikagaiman.
but what stacer is referring to is:
Also: Mythcon (http://www.mythsoc.org/mythcon35.html) 35 July 30 - August 2, 2004, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan
Which, do to where you put your URL tag, seems to look like "Mythcon, which will take place on 35 July, 2030" rather than "Mythcon 35, which will take place on July 30..."

Uh...well, probably a good fifty percent of the fantasy community will be at Worldcon, and most of them give readings. Gaiman did one the other year at World Fantasy. Fell stole his name-paper off the table after he was done and gave it to Tage as a Christmas present.
That was, incidentally, the same year that Fell gave his own reading at World Fantasy.

How long until security realized that he wasn't a published author and started chaseing him around the Convention Benny Hill style?

lol. They put him on the program, even! He told them that an editor was 'reviewing the book' at the time, so they let him do it.
