Title: Orson Scott Card and Ultimate Iron Man
Post by: Dirtius Maximus on March 03, 2005, 04:23:37 PM
The first issue of Ultimate Iron Man as written by Orson Scott Card was released yesterday. I'm a bit anxious to read it. He's one of my favorite authors and I can't wait to see what he does with Iron Man.

why yes it is out. Though I will probably not buy it until the first collection of the series comes out.

Trying to decide if Scott Card's name will help the comic out. Comic readers are a odd bunch as far a buying goes. Guess time will tell if it's worth purchasing.

I've borrowed a friends copy. I like it. It is very interesting, and since I've never really known much of the back story to Iron Man I enjoy Card's interpretation of it. The art is mostly iconic and recognizable as a sort of Marvel trademark. Freaking crazy monkey's.
