I got Battlefield 1942 for Christmas (my wife recieving direction from Fellfrosh) and my carn sarned video card won't run the cotton-pickin' thing.  I'm going to have to start saving my pennies.

You can get a GeForce 2 MX for around $40, and they're really good cards.

Update:

On Tage's recommendation I went to good old EBC computers where everyone speaks spanish and the guy at the counter called my daughter a cute little boy, and got an amazing deal on a video card.  Since then I've been glued to my screen, shooting Krauts.  Incredible game.

Well, despite my being glad that you can play your game, I'm going to have to side with the Germans. I hope they blow you away.

Well, I've got them beat in most everything else, but I still can't get up Omaha Beach.
