Wow. I played the original Tribes to death, but never got to play the sequel. This sounds amazing...it might even be good enough to make me invest in DSL. System Shock 2 was sooooooooo good, I can only hope they still have that creative spark.

You never played tribes 2? I never played the first one, I heard it was pretty much the same thing as the sequel but vengeance is gonna be so cool, it'll actually have a single player storyline.

Nope, never played Tribes 2. I lost my good connection by moving to apartments before it came out.
I like Tribes so much that I actually joined a Clan though...something I never thought I'd do. I was only in it briefly, but that game was just built for a hierical, take charge/follow orders style of play.
I think we had four wings of 3 men. I was in charge of 2 men and we were basically the calvary that were available to be called when needed. We all used Roger Wilco and had a great amount of fun. Good times.

It's a lot of fun and I have a hard time trying to compare it to other games. Because it is just has such big maps with a really good team tactics...
