Because I havn't heard of it yet. And have a massive backlog of books to read for pleasure, which I can't get to because I have a massive backlog of books to read for school.

I read this one a while ago.  Though most of the description is bland, there was one interesting bit about invading spinning station from the outside.

I too thought the AI and his shunts were the best of his characters.  Wish we'd spent more time reading about him.
