Suck.

Also, they're moronic retards of a caliber few researchers comprehend.

Now, out of curiosity, which did, indeed, kill the cat, what brought this about?

let me evoke for you a "hypothetical" situation (and by "hypothetical" i mean "this really happened").

If you have a set of 5 delicate electronic instruments, and you used all of these instruments extensively for most of your work every day. would you expect none of these five instruments to have any problems over the course of 3 years? for that mad, would you be happy if even 2 of these instruments lasted three years without a single problem of any kind whatsoever?

For that matter, keeping in mind that replacing a mother board for a computer can reasonably represent 20% of the initial purchase cost, would you be upset if over the course of three years and two months, this is the only charge  that you incur to fix an instrument that, in fact, your entire operation hinges upon?

Yes, and then I would blame all my problems in life on the guy on the phone since he is personaly responasable for the device not working.

Well, someone must be very upset. They were able to calculate the % cost of a motherboard compared to the costs of the rest of the machine.

uhm.... that's a pretty simply percentage to calculate, and it's a very rough estimation

"Ah, cheer up Brian!"

Where are you leaving to on your vacation, to boost the mood here to a positive level...?
