TFO.  It's Gorgon.  If you can't spell it after staring at it for what must be a month now, then just say wonder cow.  That works.  And I own nothing shiny.  I have a boot I would gladly sell to your butt, though...

now now, I haven't claimed to be god in something like 20 levels or so. I just happen to be in a position to know him better than you.

pro tempore means that you are acting in the place of him for some reason or another, it dont mean you're god, it's like when the president is somewhere else and the vice president(president pro tempore) takes his place. ya know i dont see god speaking for himself at the moment so lets just call you metatron.

you don't hear God speaking for himself because you don't listen.
And "pro tempore" actually means "For the moment" or "for the time being."  You act AS that office. you ARE the one holding the office for that moment.

Replace falling tree with "Falling OnionofDeath, who is the size of a tree" and we have a deal.

It seems you are many things.
If you're ever in an argument and Entropy winds up looking staid and temperate in comparison, it might be time to cut your losses and start a new thread about something else :)

if you know what it means, than why are you changing the meaning for your use? just to confuse others? That seems perverse.

Just an interesting observation.  For some reason, TFO seems to feel a need to continually go up against people, then when he gets outmanouvered (sp?) and proven wrong, he replies with a 'whatever' post.

No real point to this post, other than to point that out.

Yeah, well, it's his defensive mechanism.  Like when those bugs emit a horrible smell or communists build nukes...
