I knew it was coming up, but didn't realize it was so soon. That was my favorite book as a 4th grader. Do you suppose they'll put it out on video?

still avoiding school and having strep throat
I also saw the wrinkle in time movie last night...but fell asleep before the end, my codine kicked in....
although I never heard mention of a black lady as misses whatsit, she was supposed to be a weird lady with big glasses who wore allkinds of extra layers

I don't think the description necessarily ruled out a black woman. It all depends on how you see it in your imagination, I suppose.

Or was it an African American woman who didn't have big glasses and weird clothes?

No, she had all the layers, but it was Mrs. Who who had the glasses.

I thought it was way too bad-fx for me.  The setting itself is a little to abstract for me, and having the characters constantly in front of blue screens pretty much ruined the show.

yeah it's not a lot of fun, but at least my whole family got dragged down with me, cept my older brother(in chicago), that makes ten sick people in my house right now
