Yes but now you need a license from SE so his ninja monkeys don't attack you on I-15, they're quite expensive and most people have them.

Ninja monkeys? Ha! I bite my thumb at ninja monkeys!

For some reason that makes me think of The Court Jester. Anyone ever seen it? I live for a sigh, I'd die for a kiss, I'd lust for a laugh, ha HA! I think that's how it goes. I think this will be my movie night tonight. :)

Aha! I found it.

"What manner of man is Jakamo? Ha HA! I shall tell you what manner of man is he! He lives for a sigh, he dies for a kiss, he lusts for a laugh, ha! He never walks when he can leap [bounces on bed], he never flees when he can fight [jabs in the air]. He swoons at the beauty of a rose. And I offer myself to you. All of me. My heart, my lips, my legs. My calves. Beat me, kick me. I'm yours."

On the subject of costumes, we learned last week that not only is my company having a contest on Halloween, each department has to dress up as a group. My department consists of two marketers and three writers; I'm the only guy, and one of the women is 60-something years old and hates Halloween. Well, as of Friday I got them all to agree to dress up like Devo in the "Whip it Good" video--even the old cranky lady. We're going to have whips and everything. I can't stop giggling about it.

Apparently, traditionally my company has a costume party/contest every year. Can you imagine what that would look like? But what with the move, it's been cancelled this year. But people will probably come to work in costume for fun, I think. But we'll be split between two buildings still at that time, so it's not like we'll see everyone.

Back when I was a freshman at the Y I worked at the DT cafeteria doing the salads so when we had our Halloween day I dressed up as the ghost of Cesar.

Did you have a bloody dagger or two sticking out of you?

One of my favorite costume memories was when a bunch of guy friends in high school wore snow hats and gloves and wrapped themselves in cellophane and claimed to be frozen food. I had to give them props for cleverness and originality. They're the only frozen food I've ever seen.  :D

So that's how my windshield got cracked! I could have sworn it was a rock (due to the unending construction on Utah highways) that hit my car at 75 mph. Those ninja monkeys move fast!

Who says it wasn't a rock. Dem monkeys be good at chuckin' dem rocks.

as costumes: last year I was Arthur Dent. No one understood why a bathrobe and slippers was a costume. I even bought a digital watch just for the occassion. The year before I was Superman. Even bought a pair of red briefs to wear over by blue sweat pants. It was sweet.

Last year I went to work as Dr. Henry Jones, and the guy who sat next to me went as Clark Kent. What does that say about us?

You're both cheap and didn't want to spring for real costumes?

Are you meaning Saturday? I have no idea. I'm still quite open on my plans, so just tell me what time to be there and I'll be there. Didn't someone say 1pm? That seems a little early to me--how about 2 or 3?
