For the Steel Inquisitor, you could have something like a resistance bar that builds up gradually. The longer you are obedient to Ruin, the more you can do when you decide to do something that Ruin doesn't want.

If they have to split the book (which seems likely), they would probably call the second half AMOL, since it will be the last book of the series.

Yay! A new post from Joe! Just a couple comments. Rand and Aviendha actually go to Seanchan. It's another continent across the ocean. You can see a map in the Wheel of Time encyclopedia book...anyone remember the exact title? Also, Moggy just uses a regular shield on Liandrin, but just ties it off in a super-complicated knot. So if she ever finds someone to unravel it, then she can channel again. What a great punishment for her :)

Min had a viewing that Aviendha is going to have Rand's babies and that hasn't happened yet, so that will have to happen soon if Rand is going to end up dead. Just a thought.

Well, he could actually be less mad now than when he killed his wife. In the prologue to TEoTW, Ishmael heals him so he can understand what he's done. I don't know how that works with him dying and everything. In any case, I think saidin is probably clean now, and Lews Therin seems to be fairly reliable about most power-related things.

Actually, Elaida was just trying to get Alviarin in trouble for countermanding her orders. The Aes Sedai she went to, Pevara, thought Elaida was trying to imply a search for the Black Ajah without saying it. Of course, Alviarin should get caught in both cases.

Tam's history is still pretty vague. I heard that it might be the subject of a prequel novel, if those ever happen.
