While "talking" to this customer (which mostly involves waiting for her to complete a simple instruction filled with comments from her like "oo, wait a minute," "Oh, i mean...." and "Ok, and,... hold on...") I went through the poll manager and changed them all to "closed" instead of "hidden" so you can look at the archive of all saved polls. Don't you love me?
