This is the first Vin Diesel movie that's actually tempted me to watch. I'm glad it's good so I don't have to feel dirty by the allure.

This is a PG-13, not an R. I'll make the edit.

To bad it was not R rated.  I think they could have done more with the story and the Ext Cut is way better by the way.  It fills in the story

I love the part where he is in the prison talking to the guards, holding the teacup.

Just saw this over the weekend, and I liked it very much. I'm impressed how much background work they did on the universe and history and stuff.

In the pop-up factoids it said that Karl Urban got the part because he loved the mythology so much, and actually wrote a huge backstory for his character. I imagine he got some extra XP for that, too.

You should play the Video Game for it Fell, it was considered one of the best games of 2004 and contains backstory to the movie.

Yeah, I've been pricing it around, actually. I remember when it came out the reviews were all stellar.

The game is great. However, be warned: it has been banned from my house (even when my children are already in bed) because of the numerous f-bombs that get dropped in the game, the sneaking up behind someone and snapping their neck thing. Definitely a Mature title. But if that sort of thing doesn't bother you, it is a great game.

I could snap necks all night, but F-bombs would get on my nerves. A lot of Mature games have language settings--does this one let you turn the profanity off?
