Believe what you want.  In my opinion, the most amusing thing about all this is that I haven't lied to a single one of you yet...

Honestly now--

Old one and I are not roommates, nor are we the same person (that I know of, at least).  Perhaps I should let you know that yesterday when I was skipping computers, I never used the same computer twice--though you seem to have tracked me to the same IP addresses.  Perhaps Old One is also using the computer labs, so it looks like we're roommates.  

Heck, I'll even give you my roommates names: it's Chrissy and Andrea.

And we BYU students ARE special.  There's nothing like a midnight stealth mission to get a good natural high.

Tage, if you had looked closely, you would have realized that there were four of us in the "small get-away truck" (which happened to be a car).  The doorbell ditcher would have been my roommate, who couldn't stand the fact that I was just going to leave the fish on the doorstep and go--without alerting anyone to their presence.  If you'd been watching you also would have seen my other roomie, running around the street collecting real estate flyers (I had to persuade her not to steal the "for sale" sign across the street.)  
Then there was the driver, a friend of mine who decided to back down the street with the doors open.  I was in the front seat.  I suppose you are the one I saw pick up the goldfish, but like you said, it was dark.  

What can I say?  We're all mad here.
