Cheesecake is kind of like fungus...

Cheesecake grows on rotting carcasses? I think it's time to switch to carrion dinners!!

when on earth did a TV broadcast become more reputable than a top notch chef? that's like saying the histry channel is better than a historian...and eerongal a few classes don't impress me considering i know 4 people well that have culinary degrees

the show includes CULINARY HISTORIANS AND ETYMOLOGISTS. Not chefs. You are basically saying with the above post that a history teacher is more reputable than a historian. A top notch chef doesn't care about the history and etymology, whereas these peoples sole jobs are to do that.

And if we're gonna play THAT mud slining game, which means nothing at all in any debate, I have well over 20 people in my direct family that have culinary degrees, so your 4 culinary degrees don't impress me (the reason why i don't bring it up, is because it's a moot point, the same as you bringing it up, it means nothing in a debate :) )

I disagree. E-man listened to your rebuttal, and replied to it accordingly.

Good answer!  :D
Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Really, really, really gonna make a Bing cherry pie this week.  problem: cherries are so good this year, we keep eating them.  Oh well, better health-wise.

I actually had the best cake I have ever tasted in my entire life in England. Chester, to be exact. My gosh, it was fantastic. Chocolate and it had a bunch of different kinds of chocolate chunks cooked into it. And it wasn't too rich either, like some of the cakes here in the States can get....It was just...perfect. Seriously.
