Well according to gamespot Interplay is planning on publishing Fallout 3.  Of course interplay may not be around much longer considering in another article on gamespot the company is about to get evicted from their offices for not paying rent (they owe about $450,000).

I second the Wootage! Fallout and Fallout 2 helped get me into computer rpg's.

According to the article they're planning to announce a third party that will be developing it.

Such as, say, the original developers for it who left the company because the guys in charge were running it into the ground?
