Little Monsters

This is just another post about my family. Y'know, cuz i'm a dad. And Dad's do that sort of thing.

My wife told them a knock-knock joke today (Who's there? Orange. Orange who? Orange you glad...)

Immediately they start making up knock-knock jokes. for like, 15 minutes. The next one was
Who's there?
Pickle Jim!
uh.... Pickle Jim who?
Yeah! Pickle Jim!

and so on. The punchline with my girls seems to be always after "Who's there?" A sample of who is, in fact there includes:
Banana Pie Cream (this one actually had an addition after "Banana Pie Cream who?" which is: "Banana Pie Cream Pickles!" That's who!)
Banana Pickle Pie (pickles are popular)
Apple Pickle Jim
Chewie (as in chewbacca I think, as the current favored joke is "What do you get when you mix a dog, a monkey, and a bear? A Chewie!" (this derived from "What do you get when you mix a dog, an automobile, and a bird? A flying carpet!"... the old favorite))

strange kids are better than boring kids,  teach them the interupting cow joke, they should be able to do something good with that, like interpting pickles. actually thats making me laugh already...
