So I've been building a lot of these lately, using stuff from microtactix ( http://www.microtactix.com ), germs world( http://www.germy.co.uk/explanation.htm ) and Seaworks ( http://www.worldworksgames.com/seaworksone.html ).
I've found that when printed out properly on cardstock these miniature scenic pieces are great for games.
Microtactix and Seaworks are pay to play deals, but the FPM on Germs world are free... (Germy has tools to make a full paper dungeon, or space station as well as a ton of buildings for a modern game or two)
I particularly like Germs worlds 25 mm buildings, as they are very sturdy and can be opened up during play.

I have some excellent wild west foldup buildings on my computer back home. I wish I could remember the name of the site. They're fantastic!

I have a cool card-stock Japanese castle from a really old issue of Dragon.

Another good site is skeleton key games. Can't check the actual URL since I'm at work (curse you firewall!)
They deal more with map tiles and fold-up figures.
www.drivethrurpg.com carries some of their stuff too. And they always have something for free every week to download.

Anyone want a fold up paper Zeppelin Gondola?
I've been working on it for a couple of hours... I think its pretty cool.
The idea is to stiffen it in a few places with balsa, and then to put on a couple of painted 2 liter bottles as the rigid air bag...
its just the perfect size for 28 mm miniatures...
The interior is designed so that if you lift off the roof you have a fully useable playing surface, about six inches a compartment. (there are three for a grand total of 18 inches)
the balsa supports will have to be glued to the end of each compartment (so at least two of them) and the underside.
Admittedly the airbag is going to be small, because to be realistic I'd need at least a four foot long 2 foot high bag.

You should make it up as a PDF Jeffe and we can host it a TWG, maybe to an article on how to use it different games (like senarios) and such.

Oh I plan to do that,...
Right now the mock up looks good. But I still have to figure out the balloon problem and I want to make it able to stand on its own ( using twin or even triple stands) so it can be used in tabletop gaming. Im pretty sure it needs to be shored up with some Balsa.
The rigid hill part will be constructed from 3 to 4, 2 liter soda bottles filled with expanding insulation (the spray stuff)
Smaller Zeps can be built with a couple of coca cola 1 liters (because they have an awesome shape)
The engines are going to be easy.
I also want to wait untill my new mini's get here. That way the whole shebang will look great.

I likes the German daimler Trucks (especially with my indy figure coming) and the 1916 Germans are cheap alternative to more expensive 1940 Nazis.
