connection problems

Yes, seems like I have to try a couple of times before topics will load, etc.

Packet loss to the site is way under 50%, more like 30%.

got the following when I tried to modify a post, but did it again and was fine.

"Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."
