Has TWG defeated it's own pupose?

Article on CNN says that playing an hour of games at work increases productivity.

Is it really time wasting if in the long run you get more done?

Definately not. What true TWG member only spends an hour at a time playing games?

EDIT: After reading the article I am unconvinced that it has anything to do with TWG. The games they tested on where stimulation games like Solitaire and Minesweeper. Not quite the glorious mindnumbing offered by games like DW4, etc. And SC & WC couldn't be finished in an hour.
