I cut it because it was cut off for length by the system, and I had no idea what the last few words were.

That heart rate system sounds pretty cool, and reminds me of the heat dial in Mechwarrior--you want to stay just active enough to ride the sweet spot, but if you go too far it can shut you down. How easy is it to use the heart rate system? It sounds like quite a bit of extra math, but I don't know.

just addition really. You total your die result and work your way up from resting to max heart rate. Add the new result to your Heart rate total each time you roll. (which includes multiple rolls for the risk multipliers). Your starting Heart rate is based on your force key (which I suppose tells you how fit you are) and your agents sex. Your target heart rate is determined by how old you are. Max heart rate (Cardiac city) is always 220. Go above 220 and its flatline.

Potentially if you start with a high force key you can start at 70 bpm or 75 for a woman, giving you a nice range considering you can meditate to get calm again. You can improve that by taking enough risk multipliers to improve your force rating permenantly.

all in all its a solid and fun mechanic.
