Prometheus and I were on for a bit and Fell showed up and quickly said that he had to go since he had an incident with fire and a bed.

Nytwalker joined us and we all agreed it would be better to wait for the majority of the group, especially Fell since he has the least amount of time to play.

What time did you get on, Sprig? Three of us were on for several minutes, immediately before and after 11pm. As mentioned, I wasn't on for long because my kids lit my bed on fire, and I spent the night cleaning up the mess.

Sweet!  That is so cool!  What did they use and where did you bury them?

They were playing cave under the big down comforter on my bed, and apparently a mean ghost stole their flashlight. They needed a new one, so naturally they grabbed the lamp off my end table. I was downstairs wrapping presents at the time, and Dawn was finishing dinner, so we didn't notice. When we called them in to eat they just left the lamp there, and about twenty minutes later we smelled smoke. The lightbulb melted an 8-inch hole in the mattress, and lit several embers in the down comforter. We caught it before any open flames erupted, but now our room smells like smoke and everything's covered with a light dusting of fire extinguisher chemicals.

So, we going to plan another night to meet this week? Or is Christmas week too busy for everyone?

My only night this week would be Wednesday, and it would have to be pretty late (i.e., 11 at the earliest). To be honest, my schedule is so screwed up right now that I think you guys should just play without me, and I'll join you in January when things settle down.

Wow, they just added info on battlegrounds.  While most of it isn't new info some of it was.  Like that low level players can particpate by doing other quests in the battle ground (like gathering supplies, mounts ect) that support the high level players fighting it out.  I'm glad to see Blizz adding things for others to do since it sucks to have to wait till your last few levels to get involved in anyway.

I think we'll have to count me out of WoW this week altogether, and probably next week. Christmas and moving--you know how it is.

And those battlegrounds sound cool.

I'm guessing that since Fell is moving out of his place on the 29th that he's more or less unavailable this week as well for our dwarven party. Here's to hoping I'm wrong?
