I just have to say, that the Pirate King song with Kevin Kline's performance has to be the best filmed musical/operetta scen EVER.

I prefer the scene with the policemen or the bit with the singing daffodils.  There just aren't enough singing daffodils in most musicals.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

I like the Pirate King songs because it combines dance, song, and comedy beautifully. If you want shear funny, probably the funniest thing ever in the history of mankind is when he says "when you say 'orphan,'" when they've re-recruited Frederick. I was convulsing the other night from fits of laughter, and I've seen that movie a million times.

My favorite bit is where they sing "With Cat Like Tread" and sneak onstage singing at the top of their lungs.
