Why bother comparing her to No Doubt or John Mayer? I mean, a closer contemporary is Kelly Osbourne. Put *those* two next to each other, mentally, and ask yourself what you'd rather be subjected to. I think the answer is clear.

I'm not looking to start an argument, it's just that she was on the radio when I was posting this morning and I had to express my dislike. And yes, John Mayer is a ninny, but that doesn't make her good.
And Gemm, I can see by your profile that you are 17, so I suppose I'll forgive you for thinking she's good looking.

I'll admit that she's mildly cute, in a bratty little wannabe punk way, but I reserve 'hot' for specimens such as Monica Belucci (see my post on the Reloaded thread).
I certainly agree however, that Christina Aguilera is the trashiest skank of all the trashy skanks in the world. And she has a funny shaped nose.

"Hate" is a really strong word and I am cautious as to how I use it. I hate Nazis, mass-murderers, slavers, and those who seek to dominate others through force. So I can't say I hate a teenaged girl who's only crime is churning out mediocre music. Oh, I am quite a bit older than 17, but I think she is kinda cute. My personal tastes run more towards Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, and Cheetara (is it wrong to pine for a cartoon character?). Well, okay, not Cheetara. At least not for the past ten years or so.

There -was- a beatiful person. My god man, could Episode I have made her any more lackluster? Sure in Episode II they made up with it by giving her that outfit and all, but still. Guess we'll see what kind of fan service George Lucas churns out in Episode III.

I still think one of the funniest, most blatant scenes is when the creature in the arena scratches at her and merely tears off her midriff.
I can't believe the movie even tried to be serious after that stunt.

I dont like her as much as I used to. I saw an interview with her and she seemed dumb as a post. Don't know if its true or not. Also I didn't like her in episode II.

Don't forget, in Episode I she was playing a character who was supposed to be 14. Lucas probably would have raised some eyebrows if a hot, sexy 14-year-old was included in SW canon. In Episode II she was supposed to be 24, which means it is okay to drool over her with no fear of being labeled a perv.
