だれが日本語ができるの。

So, who knows Japanese?  Yes, I know I spoke like completely in vernaculars, but whatevs.  We're all friends it should be fine. ha ha.  I'm used to chatting with my friends in Japanese so I'm way used to typing in slang so I do it out of habit.

I wanted to write something profound here, but I couldn't think of anything.

That's not slang Miyabi, it's just informal.  Big difference.

I can't think of a way to say those particular words in slang, but a lot of other things I say are slang, so I was more referring to everything else I will end up saying. ha ha.

Dang, they're showing up as boxes with numbers and letters in them.  :(

Anyone know how/where I can get a Japanese language pack to install on my computer?

You mean you don't WANT little boxes with bits of hexadecimal code in them?

I thought they were kinda cute, in a geeky way. :)

Note: Though it says office XP tool, it installs japanese support for the operating system. I don't know if it will stop you installing if you dont have MSoffice.

Edit: If you have your windows CD, this also works. Go to control panel, Then, select “Regional and Language Options”.  Choose the “Language” tab at the top of the window, and then make sure that “Install Files for East Asian languages” is checked.  Then, click the “Details” button.  Click the “Add” button, and select Japanese from the list of languages

Hmmm...thanks.

I downloaded the thing from the link but for some reason it's still not working. Going to have to poke around and work through it somehow.  :)
