Oh, the mystery
« on: September 22, 2004, 10:50:59 PM »
I missed a call on my cell phone this afternoon (6pm)because I forgot to turn the ringer up after going to the library. But the phone number was restricted, and no one left a message! Who could it be? These sorts of questions must have answers!

They never do though. I get them all the time. I'm starting to understand better who they usually are. I have about 3-4 different people it could be.

That's crazy! Certainly it had to be a ninja dark jedi monkey. A good jedi would leave a message...

Questions like these make me glad I don't have a cell phone. It's hard to worry about missed calls when you don't have any.

I can't wait to get a cell phone so I can make the number restricted, call Stacer and fail to leave a message from wherever I happen to be when the whim strikes me, instead of having to do it from my house all the time. ;D

See, I knew there had to be a culprit.

Speaking of mystery, I got another 'gift' on my doorstep a week or so ago.  Some left me a package of hot dogs with a note asking me to take care of their pet dog 'Oscar.'

It's obviously an imitation of the Fishless thing, but I figured it wasn't Janci.  Something about the presentation felt very different.  I asked her, and she confirmed that she wasn't behind this particular event.

So, it looks like I've got a copycat prankster.

You are the only person I know who has these things happen to you. It's like you have a "leave things on my doorstep" aura.
If I had any clue, would I be here?

Kristy told me you got hot dogs, but couldn't remember what the note said. That's hilarious. I think it was one of your roommates.

I would just like to state for the record that a fish is much cooler than a hot dog.

Or a copydog prankster...

Definitely. But for a copycat to follow up with a hot dog--you have to admit that's funny.
