She just won the Lottery in England ... shes a 16 yr old Foster kid.

Hmm Foster child + 16 + 1,875,000 pounds = broke and living on the street by age 18.

You can only play the lottery if you are 18 or over.

Hum. Someone changed the law while i was not looking. I was sure gambling was 18 or over here.
