Title: Way of Kings on Amazon

Recently I've been getting a lot of questions from my friends about when MB3 comes out, so I finally wandered back to Brandon's blog to find out. While I was there I saw something about MB1 in paperback having a reprinting, and followed an Amazon link. I'm poking around for a bit, and lo and behold, I come across this (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WH4TIA/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top).

I couldn't believe I didn't find this sooner, it was hilarious and kept me laughing for a good long while. Anyway, my question finally. Was this a co-ordinated effort by the TWGers, or was it sporadic? If it was co-ordinated, why wasn't I notified?

Brandon made a blog post or two about it encouraging people to add reviews, but I can't remember if it was mentioned here on the forum.

There's a lot of activity in his blog nowadays.
