My article is running a little late, you see...umm..I was at work and these ninjas...no wait, Ninja Monkeys, appeared out of no where and said if I write an article for today they would have to kill me.  Naturaly I said "No, I have to write this article people are counting on me, and no Ninjas, monkeys or not, are going to stop me from doing it."

Upon hearing that the ninjas were furious, as the monkey types usealy are, and attacked me.  It was 6 against 1 but I managed to hold them off for quite a long time.  We eventualy decided that we were evenly matched, so we sat down and played World of Warcraft for the rest of the night.  I tell you, those Ninja Monkeys have some mad MMO skills.

Anyway I'll be finisheing up my article once I get home for work, should have it done by 11-12 your time SE.

The monkeys will be pleased, though they're going to have to bring your computer and copy of World of Warcraft when they come back.

What's the plan for next week and the one after that (ie the last 2 weeks of December)?

Edit: See the E-mail I sent you SE.

sorry, haven't checked email in about a day, but so far the plan is just to proceed as normal. between the two articles  (yes, I'm counting on material from Sprig for the next two weeks) I have planned and the columns and your thursday days we have enough material to take us to Christmas. We still need material for the last week of December though.

Here's the thing for where I'll be. I'm out of town on both the 17th and the 24th. I'll need EUOL to blurb his own EUOLogy. That's not a problem.

However, I'm also out of town on the 27th and 28th, so I'll need someone to blurb both of those days as well. That's two weeks away though, so it should be easy to anticipate.

Well I just sent you the e-mail today (at your twg account since your other one isn't working) and it isn't 100% about this, but talks about it.

I'm fine with doing my normal thursday articles the rest of this month, though you may have to convince EUOL to do someing on the 24th.

would you please forward any error you get sending to my other account to the TWG one? Thanks. I'm trying to get the admin to realize something is messed up, but I need the errors to do that.

y'know, if we don't have an article on Christmas Eve, that's not a huge deal for me.

BUT! It might be nice if next week the Nerdery was on how to survive Christmas for the gamer.

I just submitted an article that you can use whenever.

btw: is it helpful if I post here to notify the admins that an article's been submitted?  or do you check for submission fairly regularly?

I check everytime I need/want to know what's coming down the track. And since I also have to pass through areas where I'll see what's waiting, I also check everytime I post an article. THat is, I see what's available at least once a day.

However, I think it encourages production for people to see that other people are submitting. Plus it's like a sneak preview into what's coming in the future.

Hey Kije, wanna collaborate on a TWG christmas poem for the 24th? I'm sure we could finish it days before and SE could just post it then.
